Rules & Regulations

Rules of the studio:

• Payments for all activities should be made in the first week of every month.
• Recap sessions are only allowed with a medical report or in the case of close death situation.
• No recap or rescheduling for any group activity.
• Missing one session cannot be discounted from the payments of the month or discounted from the 5 weeks’ month.
• Cancellation on the same day or a few hours prior to your appointment cannot be rescheduled.

Regulations of the studio:

• Showing up 5 minutes before the session is important to maintain a proper schedule for all activities.
• Kindly wait for your children under 6 years old to ensure their safety and needs. The studio is not responsible for any problems that might occur.
• Talking to any instructor should be done during the 45 mins of your kid’s lesson, without taking time from the next lesson.
• Kindly notify Mrs. Elise GEBRAYEL for any freeze or activity stop one month prior.
• Do not hesitate to notify Mrs. Elise of any inconvenience or problem that might happen during the session or at the studio. Our job and mission are for all our members and students to be satisfied and happy.

Please remain quiet and calm while waiting outside for your kids, siblings, or friends. Maintaining a soft environment is better for learning any activity, especially music.
